Shipping Policy
When you're ready to checkout, shipping costs will be determined based on your location and the items in your shopping cart.
To find out the shipping costs:
Select “Proceed to Checkout”
Select or add your shipping information and click "Next"
Your area and total shipping and handling charges will be listed.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping method used to deliver your order.
You will be contacted for approval if your shipping charges are higher than expected.
Items that can be easily shipped in a standard box and are not heavy or large.
Bulky and/or heavy items. These items are categorized as Large. Bulky and/or heavy items typically incur additional handling charges from carriers or are shipped by truck.
Our standard delivery time for in-stock items is 7-10 days to most locations. Delivery times to remote locations require an additional 2-5 days.
Some furniture and most rugs are custom made at the time of order and require a manufacturing time. Shipping time depends on the item, but is typically 2-12 weeks. During peak season from May to October, this may be longer.
Delivery service
If you require any of the following additional delivery services, please include them in the comments field during checkout.
Request this service when your new facility is under construction or you are temporarily closed, such as during spring or summer break. Provide firm or tentative delivery dates when possible.
Request this service when using a third-party carrier, shipping to a distribution center, or when boxes need to be identified by part or PO number. Provide all labeling information at the time of ordering.
Request this service when you place a large order and need your boxes placed in specific rooms or you want us to set up your furniture. You will need to be on-site at the time of delivery to provide access and instructions to the delivery team. The concierge service also includes pallet and shrink wrap removal. *Availability is limited to select major cities. We will contact you to confirm available services.
