Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Camoli Distribution, you have the right to return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date, with the written approval of a Camoli representative. Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused and accompanied by all accessories provided. Returned items must also be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. You may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned products at our warehouse.
If you wish to make an exchange, you must return the products to us and place a new order.
Please note that we cannot accept:
- Open items
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your purchase. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless there is a product defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it complies with our return policy. If the product is approved, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the original purchase, less the original shipping costs, within a reasonable time frame. Please note that the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase. To cancel an order placed on the website, you must contact your representative. A fee ranging from 2% to 20% of the order, before taxes, may be charged to cancel the order. Please note that after 24 hours, the order may not be able to be cancelled.
If you receive a defective product or if we have made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days. We promise to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently by replacing the defective product or correcting the error at no additional cost to you.
Customer Responsibility: It is important to note that we are not responsible for items broken due to improper installation by the customer. Even for items that are guaranteed for life, we will not be able to honor the warranty if the defect is caused by improper installation. We encourage our customers to carefully follow the installation instructions provided with the products and to seek professional assistance if necessary.
