Camoli's Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Guarantees Policy
At Camoli, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise when receiving educational furniture or equipment for your daycare or CPE. Our goal is simple: to handle every request rigorously, quickly, and fairly.
This page clearly explains the official process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and warranty activation.
All applications must be submitted via our official form, which is available here.
No request can be processed by phone or email without the completed form.
After receiving the form:
- Our team is analyzing your case.
- We confirm if any fees apply (if applicable)
- We activate the warranty with the manufacturer if necessary.
- We allow returns where applicable
- The product is inspected before a refund or credit note is issued.
Upon receipt of your furniture or equipment order:
Check the merchandise immediately and report any problems (visible damage, missing items, shipping errors) within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee the acceptance of a claim submitted after this period, particularly due to carrier policies.
All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Must be authorized in writing by Camoli upon receipt of the application form
- The product must not be used
- The original packaging must be intact
- The item must be in perfect condition for resale.
A minimum restocking fee of 20% may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product will be inspected upon receipt before any refund or credit note is issued.
The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:
- Custom-made products
- Products made to order
- Custom products
- Products installed
- Items are final sale
Any cancellation request must be submitted within a maximum of 72 hours following order confirmation.
After this period, fees may apply.
Cancellation may be impossible if the order is in production, confirmed with the supplier, or already shipped.
Camoli reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from a pricing error or incorrect information regarding a product.
The educational furniture and equipment sold by Camoli are covered by the warranties offered by their respective manufacturers.
To activate a warranty, you must complete the official form available here and provide all the requested information. Our team will then assess whether your product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Camoli acts as an intermediary with the manufacturer. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for:
- processing times
- production times
- parts availability
- final decisions by the manufacturer regarding the application of the warranty
